  • To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact our customer support within 6 hours of receiving the product.
  • Please provide the following details when submitting a complaint:

    • Description of the issue
    • Clear images or videos showing the damage or defect

Return Process

  • If approved, you may be asked to return the product, and a replacement will be shipped to you, or a refund will be issued based on your preference.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Important Notes

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for products that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Complaints submitted after the 6-hour window of receiving the product may not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
